Large Mobile Candle-Making Workshops: 20+ participants (Hamilton City)

Our high quality mobile candle-making workshops are designed to provide a fun, creative, and memorable experience for private groups, corporate team-building events, community organisations, and schools (ages 12+ with adult supervision).

Each hands-on workshop experience runs from 90 minutes up to 240 minutes (depending on the amount of participants and if smaller groups are needed for a better quality of service), during which participants will create their own premium handcrafted candle using natural waxes, high-quality fragrances, and professional materials. No previous experience is required—our experienced facilitator will guide everyone through each step in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

To ensure everything is beautifully prepared and ready for your guests, Royal Candles NZ arrives approximately 60 minutes before your scheduled workshop time to complete the full setup. We provide all equipment and materials required, allowing you to simply enjoy the experience while we take care of the rest.

At the end of the workshop, guests will take home their own handcrafted scented candle along with the knowledge and confidence to appreciate the art of candle making.

Minimum of 20 participants with a max of 100 participants.

Each participant will receive:

1 x 100ml candle tin with safety label

4x clear tea-light cups 15ml each

1 x pre tabbed cotton wick with wick sticker

4 x tea-light cotton wicks

1x wooden wick holder & stirrer

1x instruction sheet & business card

1x pre measured fragrance oil of choice (scents may change due to availability)

“A 25% booking deposit is required to secure your workshop date. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the booking, except where a refund is required by New Zealand law or otherwise agreed by Royal Candles NZ.”
